Recipient elated with card

Arrangement was exactly as promised. Unfortunately, shipping and tracking need improvement. Item shipped but no movement shown for 3 days. Initial delivery was delayed and arrived late. Item shipped from CA going to NM took over a week. Disappointed and not sure I’ll purchase in the future. I would give you a 5 star but shipping and delivery are really important. .
