The website is beautiful & easy to use. The advertising is eye catching. I cannot say if the cards are beautiful in person- never arrived.

Incomplete order accepted, charged then canceled

Their system somehow accepted an incomplete address, charged me and told me the order would be delivered by Mother's Day, then canceled. Quite disappointed. I resent correct address but it canceled anyway. They even charge $5 more just St to put words on the included card!
